• MaxCOA: Maximum Change of Address - Updates mailing lists with the latest change of address data filed with the USPS, PLUS two previous addresses and moving data for the last 60 months.
• DSF: Delivery Sequence File - Checks mailing lists against the complete, exact address for every delivery point served by the USPS.
• LACS: Locatable Address Conversion System - Updates rural addresses to city-style addresses.
• CASS: Coding Accuracy Support System - This system improves the accuracy of 5-digit ZIP, ZIP+4, carrier route and delivery point bar codes.
• Deceased Processing - Enables mailers to eliminate deceased individuals from their mailings and prevents disturbing members of the deceased's household with unwanted mail.

Appending Services:

•  Phone Appending Services:
  Our phone database is compiled from multiple sources including credit bureau data, public record information and title company data. We then run this full phone database through a 17 point verification process.
• Email Append:
  Our database consists of over 200 Million double opt-in email addresses. We use a permission pass process to eliminate individuals who don’t want to receive offers as well as remove bounce backs.
• Demographic Appending Services:
  Using our compiled consumer database we can append demographic information to your database. This compiled consumer database is a multi source database which includes multiple sources.
